1. Send your design (day 0)

Send what you have: a character sheet, illustration, sketch, or a 3D file in STL or OBJ. Add the target height, the quantity per design and when you need the goods. You will receive a quote for sculpting, sampling and an indicative unit price.

2. Sculpting (10–15 days)

We work with sculptors and 3D modellers on a long-term basis. Depending on the piece, the master is sculpted by hand in clay or modelled digitally and 3D printed. You approve progress photos and can request changes before the master is finished. The timing depends on detail and on the sculptor's workload.

3. Moulds, casting and the painted sample (10–15 days)

The master is split into parts, silicone moulds are made, and the first pieces are cast in polyresin, assembled and painted. You approve the painted sample, which becomes the reference for production.

4. Production (about 50 days for ~1,000 pcs)

After you approve the sample and pay the deposit, production runs about about 50 days for an order of around 1,000 pieces. A rush schedule of about 30 days is sometimes possible. Larger orders take longer, and we give you a date with the quotation.

5. Inspection, packing and shipping

A dedicated inspector checks the goods before shipment. Packaging can be customised to your requirements. Packaging, shipping arrangements and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation.

What drives the price

  • Size and detail drive sculpting time, the number of mould parts and the amount of resin.
  • Paint complexity: the number of colours and hand-applied effects.
  • Quantity: development costs are spread over the run, so small runs cost more per piece.
  • Packaging and testing requirements.

Planning for a launch date

As a planning estimate, allow about four months from approved artwork to goods arriving in North America or Europe: about 20–30 days to the first sample, time for your revisions, about 50 days of production, then shipping. For a Q4 or Christmas release, start sampling in March or April and confirm the order by June.

Frequently asked questions

▸What is your MOQ for custom resin figures?

Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces. Orders of 100 to 300 pieces can be quoted at a higher unit price. How the MOQ applies to each design or colour variant is confirmed in the quotation.

▸How long does a custom resin figure take from design to delivery?

Usually 20–30 days to the first painted sample, then about 50 days of production for about 1,000 pieces (about 30 on a rush schedule), plus shipping, which is quoted by route.

▸Do you charge for sculpting and samples?

Yes. Sculpting and sampling are quoted separately, based on size and detail. On larger orders these development costs can be refunded or built into the unit price.

▸Can you test figures to a specific standard?

Buyer-requested testing can be discussed and quoted. The laboratory, scope, documents and fee are agreed before the order, and testing fees are paid by the buyer.
