We produce polyresin statues in small batches for independent artists, IP owners and small collectible brands: display statues, GK-style scale statues, dioramas with a sculpted base, and limited editions with a numbered plaque.
What you can send us
- 2D artwork: a character sheet, illustration or sketch. The workshop’s sculpting partners build the master from it.
- A 3D file in STL or OBJ format, for review. File preparation and part-splitting requirements are confirmed after we assess it.
- A reference sample you have the rights to, for a feasibility review.
How a statue is made
- Master sculpt, by hand in clay or digitally and then 3D printed, depending on the piece. You approve photos at each stage.
- Moulds: the master is split into parts and silicone moulds are made for each.
- Casting in polyresin, then trimming, assembly and surface preparation.
- Hand painting to the approved colour sample, including washes, dry-brushing and metallic finishes.
- Inspection and packing: a dedicated inspector checks the goods before they ship. Packaging can be customised to your requirements.
Sizes and finishes
Send the target height and base dimensions, and we will review feasibility before quoting. Finishes include full hand painting, antique and aged effects, and gold or electroplated effects.

Frequently asked questions
▸Can you make a statue from a single drawing?
Yes. The workshop's sculptors work from a single front view, a turnaround sheet or a rough sketch. More reference angles mean fewer revision rounds, so send everything you have.
▸What is the minimum order for a custom resin statue?
Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces. Orders of 100 to 300 pieces can be quoted at a higher unit price, because sculpting, moulds and painting set-up are spread over fewer pieces. How the MOQ applies to each design or colour variant is confirmed in the quotation.
▸How long does it take to get a sample?
Usually 20 to 30 days from approved artwork, about 10 to 15 days for sculpting and 10 to 15 days for moulding, casting and paint testing. Sculpting time depends on the detail level and the sculptor's queue.
