What we produce
- Your original design. We keep your design files on record and ask you to confirm in writing that you own the copyright.
- Licensed characters. Send the licence agreement or a letter from the licensor. We check that it covers resin figures or statues, the sales territory and the dates of your order.
What we decline
- Characters, logos or likenesses you do not own and have no licence for
- "Inspired by", "tribute", fan-art or "slightly changed" versions of existing characters
- Likenesses of real people without their written consent
Unlicensed goods can be detained or seized by customs, the factory can be held liable as well as the buyer, and the rights holder can take legal action in the destination country. We would rather decline the order.
Protecting your design
How your design is handled: your artwork, files and project details are used only to quote and produce your order. We do not show your design on this site, in our portfolio or to other customers unless you give written permission.
If you need a signed NDA before sharing files, tell us in your enquiry and we will arrange one before you send artwork.
